Chandarana Foodplus is a prestigious shopping mall in Nairobi, Kenya. It has approximately 72 establishments located in the premises and has a large exhibition area. This mall provides a platform for vendors to sell their goods and services to the public. The concept of the Chandarana Foodplus Loyalty and E-Purse scheme is to encourage the shoppers to make purchases from the participating stores and to reward them for their loyalty. The second goal is to provide an opportunity for the vendors to benefit from the new scheme.
In order to be a member of the Loyalty and E-Purse scheme, all you have to do is to become a shopper. A shopper is a person who makes purchases from the participating stores. Once you become a shopper, you will be issued a card and you will be entitled to earn Loyalty Points on the value of purchases you make from the participating stores. These points can be redeemed into value, according to pre-defined rules, to be used for further spend at the participating stores.
